You know no mercy

Written by Arthur Mountaniol

Don’t you drive me crazy
Painting me too wry
I’m no more your toy
I’ve got my own pretty cool fish to fry

Tried hard to pose for you
As much as I could, like a slave
To my fortune I got off your brush
For good and left your portrait’s grave

You know no mercy
Cruel evil heart
You know no mercy
Senselessly smart

You broke me into thousand fragments
At one stroke
Spreading me thin right all over
That freaking canvas, like a frog

You thought I was as submissive
As that paint you used
But I was waiting for a perfect moment –
A paintless pause, to break loose
